First, you need to check the type of visa that you are going to apply for. There are two types of visas, UK short-term study visas, and tier 4 visas. If the duration of your studies is around 6-11 months, then you need to apply for the former type. If you are intending to stay in the UK for a longer time period, you need to apply for Tier 4 visa.
For finding a suitable course, you need to first check-in with the course requirements and the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) level of the course.
➢ RQF Level 3,4, or 5: Full-time, below degree-level courses
○ Final years of high school, apprenticeships, starting years of bachelors degree
➢ RQF Level 6,7, or 8: Full-time, degree-level courses
○ Bachelors, postgraduate, master, or doctorate degree
➢ RQF Level above 7: Part-time, below degree-level courses
○ Postgraduate, master, doctorate degree
You have to apply for the visa online. The visa application form includes details regarding your name, surname, ethnicity, country of residence, passport number, marital status, grounds for choosing the UK, and subsequent details about the same.
Afterward, you will get the offer letter. Now comes the main part relating to your conditions imposed on the offer letter. If you receive a conditional offer letter, you would need to re-submit the required details. It could be the Letter of Recommendation, IELTS results, SOPs.
