• Mrs. Sonia Bharti joined the company in 2003 and has worked as Management Analyst. She is responsible for conducting and preparing operations and procedures to assist the management in operating more efficiently and effectively. She recommended new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. She is also leading a team of Counsellors, training and motivating them to achieve the best results possible. She is setting activity and revenue targets for counselors, involved in continual training, and development of all team leaders, attending key meetings, and Identifying key areas for improvement in the counseling and service process. She has extensive experience in spotting market opportunities for new clients. She has been attending monthly meetings with directors and other senior members of the organization and also attending industry events and conferences overseas to generate business and new business leads.
