Mrs. Sonia Bharti joined the company in 2003 and has been working as a Management Analyst. She is responsible for analysing business operations, systems, and procedures and recommending improvements to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Her duties include reviewing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, recommending new systems and procedures, monitoring performance, and assisting management with operational decision-making. She also leads and supports a team of Counsellors by setting activity and revenue targets, providing training and development, and monitoring performance. She regularly attends management meetings with directors and senior staff, identifies market and business opportunities, and represents the organisation at industry events and overseas conferences to develop business relationships and generate new business leads.
